Ceramic water filter cartridges are a 10 inch filter to fit all standard filter housings. The filter cartridge measures 10 inches long and 2.5 inches wide. This ceramic filter will filter down to 0.5 microns and is a very effective filter often used in undersink filter systems. Reduces harmful bacteria including E.Coli, Cholera, Shigella, Salmonella and Klebsiella – 99.99% Removal of heavy metals, algae, rust, sediment and suspended solids Turbidity reduction – 99.9% Cryptosporidium reduction – 99.999% Giardia and other cysts reduction – 99.999% Removes Guinea Worm. This filter cartridge is self sterilizing and does not require boiling. Flow rate at 3 bar – 8 liters per minute Max temp. – 30°C Filter service life – 6 months or 10,000 liters – whichever comes first.
